As more and more of our lives get transferred to our computers, including photographs, videos and personal letters, we become increasingly vulnerable to data theft and loss.

This blog's mission is to give you the tools and the knowledge you need to keep your data safe and secure. I'm aiming all of this towards everyday people, so I'll try to keep the language easy to understand. If something does go over your head, call me out on it and I'll be sure to clarify. Everything on this blog you should be able to implement yourself via my instructions and I encourage you to do so.

Losing all of your data in a hard drive crash or house fire can be a very nasty experience and it's 100% avoidable. It's also inexpensive. If you own a computer, you should have enough money to properly backup everything that's on it.

Save your data before it's too late.
