I was reading a heart breaking article about Lea Fastow and the awful conditions she lives in in jail when I read this:

"She has now spent almost seven months under fluorescent lights, not allowed outside for fresh air even for recreation, in overcrowded conditions and without the basic programs offered by a normal institution."

Holy Shit! That's where I work!

Now she knows how her employees felt.

I shed a tear for you.
